TJS Properties Inc. is a full-service property management company with experience in the New Bern area. Our team works with residents and property owners in Craven County and Ellinore County, including the New Bern, Riverbend, Trent Woods and Havelock, North Carolina areas.

Since we work with property owners who may live out of the state or work with the military, we recognize the importance of effective communication and quality services. That is why we offer online solutions to help property owners keep up with their property. We also allow tenants to use our online system to pay their rent, even when they must leave the area for training or other military service.
